In BB vs a maniac and an unkown button

when ever he hit something on the flop. Really wasn't paying much attention to the button but I think he had only viped like 12% and hadn't raised post so he seemed to be adjusting to the player on his left or just doesn't play any hands. My thoughts were to tighten up my calling range but I ended up getting into this hand. When he shoved the turn I wasn't positive what to do and called it off. Thanks for the replies
