I'm leaking really bad. Need some advice.

that happens to me all the time... AK<AJ AA<AK QQ<1010
can tell this story forever...I play at pokerstars btw... and fulltilt.
I noticed - when i run good for a while (ussualy 50bb/100 and more at nl5) that coolers start to happen very often and i go down to 5bb/100 or if i tilt (ussually i do LOL) it is -30b/100
i don't know how to struggle with it... really i have no answer for this. i cannot fold AA vs preflop allin... I cannot fold AK in 3 bet pot 3K7 rainbow flop and opp calls and gets to runner runner flush with AJ....
need help as well

Fig and Aces made some very valid points. The most valid, however (and you did acknowledge it) was WVH's comment DONT PLAY WITH LESS THAN 100 bb.

And the cooler thing was mentioned already. These are not coolers.
