In micro stake games is risky to put all your money to game with one pair.. :) I would make decent bet and see what flop gives.

I raise to get information and build the pot. When I get re raised pf I have to take into consideration what type of player I'm up against, what type of Image said player has of me, do I need to see 5 cards or can I see a flop and get away from my hand, etc. etc. KK I'm getting all my chips in 98% of the time. Anything less it's a case by case situation.

Thats depend of your position , stack, player read, other opponent stack and what kind of tourney you make. Long run ? turbo? Deep to be in the money? All question is good here and try to respond to all of this before calling . lolllll that is the most to make with a monster hand preflop. BTW last friday night I hit AA in utg1 one ( on final table 8 remain) small blind raise 5 times I go all in and he call with A-6 off and he hits a set on the flop. lolllll timing timing timing thats it
