How do you handle floaters?

You didn't get it... Here's an example:

My hand AQ and I am UTG with 100BB

I raise 4x and I got called. Everyone else folds

Pot: 9.5 blinds
Board : QdTd7c
I check, and villain bets 7 blinds, I raise to 22 blinds and he calls.

How is villain floating you if you check the flop?

Why is it you can CR AQ here and get value yet CR 65s as a bluff? If he calls wide enough to get value wont that mean he dosent fold enough to bluff?

What advantage do you get by CRing him off his air with a hand like TPTK when he would have bet that air on the turn? Would CR the turn more be a better option than CR the flop?
