Help a fish out - combos vs. equity

Question re: facing a river bet

Can anyone explain the difference between combos you beat and equity? Using a range analyser for a particular hand, I can see that I beat 46% of the hands they jam because 46% are busted draws. (Pic 1). Like, it's almost 50-50 bluff vs. value.

But plugging the same inputs into Equilab, my hand only has 25% equity (Pic 2). Why?

Sure it's a simple explanation, would really appreciate anyone helping a donk out!

maybe because his bluffs still beat you? Or he doesn't value his weak hands, etc

Maybe because you have plugged in a lot of dead cards in the range analyser?
