Hei thank you, yeah it seems like the downswing is finally over and getting some results. Yeah limping is not the best play but when there are some fishes that i want to play with and some really aggresive players behind me i prefer to limp than getting 3-bet with a hand that can't stand a raise.

Sunday graph and things

Hello everyone, Pretty frustrating first week of the month especially my last 2 hands played . Anyway pretty much up and down i kind of run into top of their range even against bad players with my all ins so it happens.
Since I shared a part of this month already I will put the graph just for the last 3 days
Played 5511 hands already with a $7.97 profit ( I know it can't be seen too well on the graph). These are those 2 last hands where i maybe should have done something different.. maybe.


Hand 1 - The KK hand. I've decided to analyse these hands with tools doing math about them and see how close or far I was in my decisions. So in this hand after calculations I need him to fold 18% of the time to break even, this is if he only gets sets AQ and QJ suited in his range. Since he's got a 32%vpip preflop i really don't believe this is all he can have there. If he has that QJ i think he is more likely to have QQ JJ TT with a club in his hand and sometime do the same play. So in the end just running into his top range (Idk why QJ is even there since i 3bet but ok).

Hand 2 - The AA hand. Ok in this hand I think I should fold the river. I was kind of frustrated over the previous hand ( this KK and AA hand happened in like 30 seconds). Last sunday graph and things.

Hello everyone,

So change of plans for this thread. My journey is still continuing till i'm done with microstakes ( maybe never but who knows i might move up from them someday, maybe), but because i pretty much didn't got any answer for almost 2 weeks i decided to make this a monthly thing. So I will post only at the end of the month here, with a full graph, a story and maybe 1-2 hands and ideas i had over the month, i think this will work way better for me too since i am trying to think more about the long run and a month is a decent period, a week is pretty meh.


Anyway, when i started playing poker again I was so excited and created plans, decided what to read and what to improve first.. everything was pretty clear. I created a excel spreadsheet with this plan (uploaded it) and my plan was to get to play 10NL by the end of this year.


In the left side, column A of the monthly table were the limits i consider being microstakes, the first number is moving up in stakes and the number after the > is moving down. A pretty slow approach but i'm not in a hurry and i have alot to learn, I know 50bi to move up might seem too nitty for most people. Then the amount of money I put in the cell of a specific month is the money i have at the end of that month on my account. At first I was planning to play 2NL till June, i was not really sure about the variance and stuff since i didn't played constantly before and then the target to move up to 10NL and finish the year playing 10NL was november, might be closer anyway . Rest of the table i think it's pretty clear.

- a winrate of 13.17bb/100 for a +$43.97 this week.

End of the month things.

Hello so end of march finally came. Pretty bad end of month but not so bad overall

- played 32420 hands in March.
- Winrate of 6.87bb/100 (pretty much run exactly the EV).
- Made a total of $113.23 playing only 5NL

Also tried to move to 6max this month. Was a pretty tragic experience and probably will stick to 9max in the future

When my bankroll will hit $500 i'll move up to 10nl as I said before ($444.57 right now, not so good end of month). After i move up to 10nl i won't give updates about my actual bankroll, just about cash games and how is it going, and if i will move up (not down since i will probably make some monthly deposits when i there are some good deposit bonuses so not expecting to get too low to go down in stakes.. but who knows).

Since i got accepted in FRC (thanks for that ) and it's going pretty well since i play in cardschat freerolls, after i move up to 10NL all the money from freerolls will go directly into other mtts, probably in weekends, so my bankroll might get bigger fast if i go deep in some mtts

Some hands from this month (I will start posting them without the end result since i saw others do it and get more out of it, i'll post all the actions just delete the result).

Last post here, weeeee

So April is Over, it was a horrible month which made pretty much quit playing 5nl and cash games for the most part of April.

I'm looking to move to 6-max in the future, will start with 5NL probably, I didn't decided exactly how i will do it. Anyway how last month went for the part I played:


- Played 8148 hands.
- Had a win rate of -2.91bb/100 for a "profit" of -$8.72.
- Started the month with $444.57 in my pokerstars account and now i'm standing at $452.43


So yeah, graph bellow I probably won't start another thread for 6-max since i want to study it and improve as fast as possible and move up, it would be useless
