dif between steal % and button UO PFR?

working my stats on leak buster and I don't understand the difference between these 2. aren't they the same thing?

leak buster shows:
steal % 33.3
button UO PFR 61 (gives me a 5 on a 1-10 scale)

Steal % = times you raised from the CO, Button, and SB when folded to you, rather than specifically the button.

33% steal is in the range they recommend - opening 61% on btn is definitely looser than they recommend, so I'm assuming it's also showing your SB UO PFR and/or your CO UO PFR as too tight, and being at least potential leaks?
