so you spent what, 6.5 hours playing, for $300? how does that affect your hourly?Out in 21 for $371
Putting the deposit down today on the holiday that's gonna split me n the missus up!
We have £600 spare per month after bills etc but not including any savings or entertainment expenses, and this holiday is going to be costing us 570 per month to pay off, obv leaving us with not very much money to do anything outside of working and sleeping.....for 11months!
I'm going to spend the last year of my 20's in one of three places, the house, my car, or at0 work, living with no spare money, all for the sake of 2 weeks in Florida, am I the only one that thinks tensions will be high this year? Would anyone else be happy grinding away at work knowing that you can't see any return on it until you go away for a whole 2 weeks?
Is this what people do to go on expensive holidays? Live like a tramp for the prev year? Or do they do as I suggested to the wife, given our 600ish extra, look.for a holiday that will cost 400 per month, giving us space to breathe and some money for random shit like tires blowing etc? She's obv havi none of it tho and if I I don't wanna go Florida then I can tell the kids etc etc
Never get ****ing married kids, it is nothing but a pain in the ass, stay single and make sensible decisions on your own

Agree with you last sentiment totally, marriage is just so fkin ridiculous.
As for the rest of it, well holidays have basically put us in debt every year we have gone. I think she is being totally unreasonable, but wtf do you expect she's a woman, logic and rational behaviour do not exist in their ****ing mindset.
We should hook up together mate (not in a gay sense obv) coz I doubt I'll be with my missus this time next year!
Not every woman is unreasonable and irrational. For the record (no offense to you and the missus orangie), I think her "plan" is ****ing ridiculous. The last few years have been pretty lean over here on my end, and though you hate telling kids no, I don't see anything wrong with explaining to them in terms they can understand (depending on age) that money doesn't grow on trees, and showing them how to be responsible with your money is a better gift in the long run. There are many things we used to do/buy, but just can't anymore unless we want to be totally broke.Agree with you last sentiment totally, marriage is just so fkin ridiculous.
