Bankroll Management

Been reading alot about how bankroll management is important part of poker play, but I haven't seen much in the way of advice or "rules". I'm sure this is mostly common sense stuff, which of course means I won't understand it, LOL. Anyway any tips glad to hear 'em. Thanks.

ye im looking for the same thing but i have heard of a 5% rule this is where u shouldnt put more than 5% of ur br on any1 table
