Whooping cough is no joke brah. That shit is contagious and can spread . Google is your friend. Is not common because vaccines are in place, but it does occur. Best of wishes again WV

Yeah, Harlan has had the 1st 2 vaccinations but there are 4 needed. Apparently it's making a big comeback because more parents are not getting their kids vaccinated these days (autism fears based on faulty science).

Reading up on it makes it sound really scary but his doc seems to think he'll be fine and since the wife and I have no symptoms yet we should both be fine with the antibiotics.

That just freaking sucks WV.Don't know if i heard of any one ever having it around here.BTW who quarantined yall?

His doc said he couldn't go back to daycare for 5 days and all the kids he's had contact with need to see their docs. Wife's school nurse says she can't go back until she's had her run of antibiotics and I was supposed to be in meetings tomorrow with a group from Italy but the boss doesn't want to be responsible for starting a pandemic so I'm off. So while we're not sealed in here or anything it's better for everyone if we minimize contact with the people to do what we can to stop the spread.
