I have found that you can get a good read on 20% (at times more) of the table your at as soon as you sit down.
Take full advantage of the search feature when you sit down and find out which players, if any, are multi-tabling. Do not get into a hand with these players unless you have a strong starting hand, these multi-tablers are, for the most part, strictly TAG players.
If you keep an eye out for these players when you sit down they will not make too much from you and you can make alot from them.
These multi-tablers do not have any reads on you or the rest of the table and rely only on the cards to win, which narrows their starting hands to only the top ten(always raising the top 5/calling with the other 5 preflop) including small PPs(which they limp in with and fold to most aggression), they rarely bluff and if they do bluff it's because they're on a rush from another table.
I'm getting tired now and may add more later.
