This is my solution. Villian plays a lot of pots. Has a massive tendancy to raise with nothing, call with nothing and fold the river in huge pots, hence my river bluff.

This guy puts in almost 20% of his stack just to fold on the river for just 2 more bucks, in a pot half the size of his table BR?
Follow him around wherever he goes is a good idea.

I think you played it correctly, and you obviously knew your opponent's habits.
Even though you can't beat the board, with a low two pair out there, he probably couldn't either (or at least no better than an A or K kicker). Considering the fact you've been bet/raising at every chance you get, even a reasonably good player has to put you on an overpair, and fold to a river bet.

And, yes, make sure to play in any game where this guy is on the table!

Anyone that consistantly goes call, call, call, fold i sobviously a superdonk and you should play with him as much as possible. Maybe you can retire early.
