I doubt he has the 5 or a bigger flush draw, but the Ace is fairly likely.

If you hit your flush, which is a 1/5 shot, you are not going to get paid off very much unless he has the 5. Again, him having the 5 isn't very likely.

I'm guessing he has a some middle pocket-pair. Or maybe even a similar hand to your (two face cards).

I'd probably bet here, and then shut down if he calls.
