Somewhat interesting 10-9 vs JJ

Here is somewhat interesting hand. I was somewhat concerned by an A-10 J-10 but the way it was played. I felt he probably didn't have anything too much. This loss sucked but I busted him for all his chips and tripled up just a few hands later.

The bet on the end looked more like a stop bet then a value bet to me. Some of the worst players always bet weak when they are strong. The shove was more for image then anything because I expected him to fold. Would a call be in order here? I guess from his view it looked like he had an overpair and was in good shape and that I was maybe on a draw. So he'd bluff the 10 coming off and then he hit the jack. I guess the large bet of 12 cents should have been a clue he had something but it was so large that I thought it might be a bluff and then the bet when the 10 came off also made me think it was a bluff.

Tough hand. I actually like a raise here on the turn.. His flop bet and turn bet look a lot like an overpair.. You want to get more money into the pot if he has AA , KK QQ JJ here.. I would raise that turn to 0.60 .. He probably isnt folding. You want to get his hole stack in here if you can ..

The raise on the river is ok since he only had $0.50c more, he can still have AA KK QQ here and you want more money in the pot when he has these hands.
