Final Pot: $3.18, $0.15 raked
Aleeki, net: -$1.64, Lost at showdown, has Kh Qd (a Pair of Kings)
bsm1th77, net: $1.54, Won at showdown, has Ks As (a Pair of Kings)
rrope, net: -$0.05, Folded Preflop

My questions are:

1) Should i have called the re raise preflop?

2) Should i have called the all in?

3) If (hypothetically) we both had bigger stacks and he had raised me on the flop, should i fold?

4) If you don't fold, how do you play out the rest of the hand?

I seems to lose quite a few hands when i overvalue top pair after the flop and get to showdown with it so I am wondering if I should be playing these differently?

Preflop his raise is too small fold too unless you know this player to be so tight that he'll only reraise if he has you dominated. So I'd call.

Post flop looks standard to me. His stack (the smaller of the 2) is less than twice the preflop pot, so he could rightly go all-in on the flop or the turn whether he hit anything or not (example he could do the same with QQ or JJ). You have to call him here. If he's bluffing you win. If not you lose. Either way there is too much in the pot relative to his remaining stack to fold.
