Jason, the video is just a touch too fuzzy for me to read the bet amounts. Without that information, it`s not possible to have an opinion.

Raise pre-flop - fine oppotunity to blind-steal

Flop - fine, definitely raise this

Just call on the turn. He's called your raise on the flop, so if this opponent were decent (which he isn't), he probably has an Ace and you're behind, so take a cheap card

River - it's a marginal situation for a bet on the river. You've already been raised on the turn, so you can assess your opponent for probably 2 pair or a set. If so, there's a good chance they just made a full house. Once you've bet the river and been raised, you might as well just fold. OK I might call, but going all-in is really bad. What hand worse than yours do you expect to call, especially given the action so far?
