I flop top set, pocket 9s, on a board of 976. I bet out there is a raise and a reraise. I'm thinking that the only hand that beats me is a straight, which is what BB had. I decided to move allin. I got lucky and made a full house.

Also I dont know why I didn't raise preflop with 9s 6 handed. So don't ask. Turns out guy in late position just limped with pocket queens.

Another similar hand is I have AA and flop comes AKT and guy moves all in. I called and lost to his qj straight. Action flops suck.. Except when you're the lucky one and stack nearly the whole table. :D

I dont think you always have to raise with 9s. And i think with top set an all-in is completely justified. there was a hand on poker after dark with Ivey flopping set and Farha a straight. They both ended up all-in just like this one and Ivey had turn and river queens for full house.
When they turned the cards over at flop Ivey said "im happy to be in that position", or something like that.I think youe only like 35(?)% to win but chances that other guy may have lower set or overpair etc... makes up for it.

Tuff one to get away from. Big mistake was not raising pre-flop to get those T8 hands out of the pot.
