So this hand I actually was wondering if this was OK (assuming you play it preflop). Don't have the exact hand history but I know it was a 9-seater ring game ($0.10/$0.25) and that Villian has been TAG.

Quite often when there has been a 3/4x BB raise by a player they usually don't get any action and I've managed to steal the blinds quite a few times because of this.

Hold'em No Limit ($0.10/$0.25) - 2007/05/18

Seat 4: Hero (~15 in chips)
Seat 6: Villian (~13 in chips)

Villian posts small blind $0.10
Seat 7 posts big blind $0.25

Dealt to Hero [Td 9d]

5 Fold
Hero: raises $0.75 to $1
Fold
Villian: calls $0.90
BB Folds
FLOP [Th Jc 2c]
Villian: checks
Hero:checks
TURN [Th Jc 2c] 9♣
Villian: bets $1.80
Hero: folds

???

~******~

So roughly after 30mins of play this ended up happening:

pokerstars: Hold'em No Limit ($0.10/$0.25)
Seat #6 is the button
Seat 1: hongzhong ($4.30 in chips)
Seat 2: gEhWeitEr ($6.15 in chips)
Seat 3: dong88 ($18.95 in chips)
Seat 4: Hero ($14.45 in chips)
Seat 5: Kaisell ($14.90 in chips)
Seat 6: Villian ($13.25 in chips)
Seat 7: LeSwob ($5.50 in chips)
Seat 8: Tixos ($25 in chips)
Seat 9: BillyNU480 ($25.45 in chips)
LeSwob: posts small blind $0.10
Tixos: posts big blind $0.25
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [Kh Kd]
BillyNU480: folds
hongzhong: folds
gEhWeitEr: folds
dong88: folds
Hero: raises $0.50 to $0.75
Kaisell: folds
Villian: calls $0.75
LeSwob: folds
Tixos: folds
*** FLOP *** [3s 3c Ks]
Hero: bets $1
Villian: calls $1
*** TURN *** [3s 3c Ks] 7♠
Hero: bets $1.50
Villian: raises $2.75 to $4.25
Hero: raises $8.45 to $12.70 and is all-in
Villian: calls $7.25 and is all-in
*** RIVER *** [3s 3c Ks 7s] 9♠
*** SHOW DOWN ***
Hero: shows [Kh Kd] (a full house, Kings full of Threes)
Villian: shows [3h 3d] (four of a kind, Threes)
Villian: collected $25.55 from pot

This hand basically meant I ended up losing all the money that I managed to acquire from playing in these ring games...back to even stevens. :(

Yup, you can't worry about someone having quads unless somehow it's really obvious by their play. Even that might be only obvious if there were 3 3s on the table, which would be unlikely that he's got a 3 for some reason.

It's different than when I flopped quad 10s. In that one I raised preflop and KK behind me didn't reraise so it's he could take some blame for losing his full house to my quads. In your case just accept that quads are supposed to happen and if you happen to have a hand, you're going to get stacked.
