You have what 13 nut straight outs (2 of which put a possible flush on-board)? I think I'm comfortable potting it here to try to fold out a spade draw and get it all in with a slight equity edge over AA (assuming your villain will come along with AA and no spade draw).

Edited: On 2nd thought if you think your opponent might get all-in on the turn after you hit (with 3 to a straight on-board) you're probably better off calling the flop bet and re-evaluating on the turn. I think the possibility of the nut spade draw to go with AA here handicaps your straight draws enough to exercise some caution.

How's that for a flip-flop, wishy-washy answer? I guess I could have just posted IDK. :)
