Its because the pot is only 1.50, by calling that bet you are only going for half the pot, so whatever your putting in youll be geting back with 75 cents added, which isnt much in this game.

HOWEVER, if villain also has a,3, it is likely we are drawing to only 1/4 of the pot so we will be losing money by calling. Therefore you may lose 4-5 dollars to only win about 37 cents of the original pot.

Am i right?

Switch is close if not dead on. There are many hands that are good to go here, but yours looks only likely to share the low. You may get lucky playing this against a 77 hand here, or a 2 suited hand with a flush draw but getting a clean low win here looks iffy.

I'd probably call this, but I am only so so at Omaha.

Also there is a rake issue where a call puts the pot into a bigger rake, thus lessening any payoff percentage.
