Just thought this was an interesting hand between two other players at the table, had a discussion with my brother who thought there were two options on the river- fold or call, i felt that calling was out of the question and that fold or shove, with shove being my preferred option in this situation based on betting patterns. The $20 bet on the end does not look like a made flush to me, so looking at the hand from okutais point of view what would you do on the river, all we know about his hand is that it isnt 2 diamonds- so his hand is irrevelent.

Bad fold there, at least in my opinion. Unless you have a read on villain betting flush draws on the turn when they don't hit, Bruins probably had a solid holding up to the river (two pairs, set, etc.) and wanted to scare the other into folding when he figured both would be playing the board. Okutai probably reasoned that paying 20$ to split the pot or lose it wasn't worth it...

But why shove ? This I don't understand, since you have a pretty small pot and will only get called by the nut flush. And c/shoving is even worse since you're now facing someone who probably won't fold anyway (c/r this board screams steal attempt).
