Looks fine.

I rarely like 3-betting preflop in ring razz (makes it harder to get away if you catch a couple of marginal/bad ones on 4th/5th - I'm not sure if this is a good way of thinking, but it works for me), but in this situation it looks like you have a shortstack determined to get it all in one way or the other, so you may as well pump the pot while you're guaranteed to have the best hand on 3rd, even if a few of your 'good' cards are out.
