Here are two scenarios that are giving me problem in the blinds.

Hypothetical scenario #1 that comes out pretty often (could have fished for a hand history, but way too lazy):

All fold to BTN who raises. BTN is typical 40/20 opponent who is too loose and aggro preflop, but somewhat not all that bad (understands stealing, c-betting, etc.). SB calls and you haven't seen him lay down to a BTN raise in 9 orbits. You opt to call with J9h.

Flop comes:
39K two dimaonds/ one heart

BTN will c-bet this around 90% of the time. SB peeling range is huge and includes gutshots, one overcard, one small pair, PP and 10% air (Q8 for example) etc.

So SB checks, Hero ? Do we bet here or do we go for a c/r having our read on BTN and SB ? Does it change anything if SB folds to BTN c-bet ? Why ?

Hypothetical scenario #2 (doesn't come up as often, but still common)
Assuming same opponents as in hand #1. We have KQs after BTN raise and SB call, we 3-bet, BTN caps, SB calls, we call.

Flop comes
9JQ rainbow, no BD FD.

SB checks, Hero ? Do we bet or go for c/r ? BTN c-bets 90% of the time, but could he figure that this hits me and SB range somewhat often enough not to bet ?

I'd like turn and river lines also, if possible.
