Just wondering if this is a better size 3 bet or is this simply too big if its not the right amount, how do i calculate how much roughly to make the 3 bet?

If you were both playing with 100 big blinds i'd say is a little too low, but as you're playing with 41bb effective stacks, it's fine.

Why don't you reload to 100bb ?
