I'd hate to keep posting big groups of hands, but I have a lot of situations that I need to think through. Feel free to comment on any of the lines.

Middle pair best kicker with 2 to a flush and 2 to a straight. If villain has a jack I'm drawing to 5 outs, plus As is no good. If villain is playing a flush draw aggressively, I should have raised to knock out other opponents, and hope this guy doesn't hit his cards? Fold or Raise?

I have no idea how I should have played this. Middle pair weak kicker vs. 1 opponent. He checked, I bet, every round. With middle pair weak kicker and position, I could have perhaps just bet the flop and then seen the showdown with betting again, or I could have tried to knock him out and see how far he'd go. I wasn't afraid of an ace after he checked to me on the flop, but he also could have been chasing a backdoor flush or the gutshot to the straight, but either way he was outdone and I did right to keep betting into him forcing him to pay for his cards. Either that or he was very weakly playing an Ace or King, or he was intentionally slowplaying against me sensing that I was a very aggressive player.

With 3 to a flush and a re-raise, should have folded. I didn't believe they had a flush, which was fair against one opponent, so I bet into them, but I highly doubt I'd see a reraise from anything less than a flush. I couldn't even rely on the backdoor, so I should have just folded at the flop and not gone through the torture of calling the raise on the river. At that point it seems like a bluff was very unlikely, and my middle pair was.... screwed.

Coincidentally the hand after hand 3. With position I probably should have re-raised before the flop and knocked out as many people as possible. Hit top pair with a gutshot straight and an overcard. Probably should have played this very aggressively, despite 2 flush. Aggressively until 3rd club drops and then back off. I pretty much fell for the free card play on the turn, giving anyone with a K the straight. Not to mention missing opportunities to check-raise on the flop. Didn't play aggressively enough considering the strength of my hand, despite the coordination on the board.

That last call is exactly where I should have either folded, or had it checked to showdown. With the queen on the board my only out was another J or the backdoor heart draw, which didn't come on the turn so I should have stepped down. Especially when it was pretty obvious after the flop that he had to at least have a queen or higher pocket pair. My backdoor gave me 1.5 outs, plus 2 outs to another J, 3.5 outs against a higher pair = VERY poor equity against one opponent. All in all--> very loosely aggressive, like throwing money down the toilet.

Firstly, should not have raised preflop early position. Seems like a calling hand to me, and is listed so on my chart. However, against 3 opponents after the flop, I counted 5 outs (2 kings and 3 queens) to top pair, 1.5 outs to the backdoor straight and 1.5 outs to the backdoor flush, for a total of 8 outs, which still only gets 4.75 to one, and against 3 opponents just isn't cutting it. Should have folded to the bettor, or if it checked to me bet out. Calling seems to be a mistake, although I did get a king on the turn. With top pair and an overcard kicker, raising seemed an appropriate choice, but when it got re-raised I should have known I was beat. However, the pot was enormous at that point, over 20BBs, so perhaps I was right to call down and make him show me the Jack.

I'd like to make another thread of more hands, I've got another 15 or so that I have questions about, but maybe I'll give it a couple days.

Let me know what you guys think.

Since no one seems to like your post, I think I'll offer my comments. But keep in mind that I'm a pretty terrible limit player ;).

Hand #2: Middle pair & weak kicker against two opponents who *limped*. I don't mind betting the flop since its unlikely players are limping a solid ace or king. However, I think we need to put a check in somewhere, as its pretty rare for us to be called by worse betting on all 3 streets. And hands that call us that we beat have very little chance to improve. Only gutshot straight draws, and there are no overcards to our pair that are already out.

So I like betting the flop, since players will often peel the flop very light. Then I'd pretty much just seek showdown.

Hand #4: I think I'd 3-bet AQ PF, and make Landy call 2 bets cold. As far as flop play, I'm not sure how to play this one in limit :p.

Hand #6: I think its a great early position raise. In low limit games, players are cetainly calling you with weaker kings/queens.
