U got sucked out. Because of your position (button), i think you played it well. You want him to call your all in after the flop. I want to mention 2 things though:
1. Playing 1-2 cent blinds makes this game similar to bingo.
2. Higher-risk = higher-reward. i.e. if you went all in preflop, everyone would probably have folded and you would have won 10 cents. You let people see the flop which did improve aside's hand (u still had him dominated, but he did pair his K).

raise more preflop. 4xbb + 1bb for every limper is standard.

Please don't post obvious bad beats stories here. You got all in with hte best hand, he outdrew you...shit happens
