Just thought I'd post some of the more notable hands from my session last night. Feel free to comment, analyse, criticise or ignore! :joyman:

1) Villain seems quite aggro. I'm new to the table and have folded the past 8 or so hands.
Seat 1: ThaDogg - $122.97
Seat 2: ianross - $39.22
Seat 3: suicideman - $30.33
Seat 4: Bombjack - $49
Seat 5: arpi777 - $107.13
Seat 6: ZuTon - $10.33

Dealing [:8d4: :10d4:] to Bombjack
ThaDogg raises to $1
ianross folds
suicideman folds
Bombjack calls $1 <-- position call of min-raise, suited connectors
arpi777 folds
ZuTon folds
Dealing Flop [:ad4: :5d4: :3s4:]
ThaDogg bets $1.50
Bombjack calls $1.50 <-- Only just over half-pot. I'm not convinced he has a big hand. Good implied odds with flush draw if he does have an Ace
Dealing Turn [:qc4:]
ThaDogg checks <-- I'm pretty sure he's weak now, maybe Ace-rag or medium pair, so I take a stab
Bombjack bets $3
ThaDogg raises to $6 <-- I'm still not convinced - this may be his last jab at the pot in case I'm bluffing. In any case, the min-raise gives me pot odds to call on the flush draw, and better including implied odds.
Bombjack calls $6
Dealing River [:7s4:]
ThaDogg checks <-- Here, have the pot. Take it... please!
Bombjack bets $10 <-- Much obliged.
ThaDogg folds
Taking Rake of $0.88 from pot 1
Bombjack doesn't show
Bombjack wins $16.87

2) Different table. Bad beat really, don't think I could have done anything better here... maybe re-raise pre-flop.
Seat 1: Bombjack - $47.29
Seat 2: commonsenses - $51
Seat 3: dandouncoco - $15.77
Seat 4: Djraven - $39.70

commonsenses shows [XX :as4:]
commonsenses has Two Pairs: Aces, 6s
commonsenses wins $19.72

3) Should probably have folded this one pre-flop, although it's 3-way so I'm in better shape to call the raise than if it were heads-up. I'd say the short stack's call is worse because she doesn't have the proper implied odds.

Seat 1: Bombjack - $42.67
Seat 2: commonsenses - $77.48
Seat 3: dirtyharry - $65.45
Seat 4: lillen - $8
Seat 5: Shakythefish - $19.51

1) I like all streets a lot. Nicely played. I don't call this pf all or even most of the time, but I don't think you lose value by trying the pf call occasionally against weak opponents.

2) If the pf raiser is as LAG as he seems from these hands, a pf reraise is on order here. Postflop is fine.

3) I don't like the limp/call. Fold or raise at first action, as the table dictates (at a LAGgy table just fold, at a tight table you can raise this). Postflop is fine.

4) I like raising here. I know you're OOP, but I don't like inviting the BB in with two cards, and I feel that taking the initiative preflop is optimal. Limping isn't terrible, though. Again postflop is fine as long as villain is as LAG as he appears just judging from these hands.
