Why are you open raising 11bbs?

Yea the preflop raise is completely excessive. By raising so much preflop, you are having to commit alot more with your c-bet as well. You have one limper so if you raise to 80 or 100, then cbet ~140 and get raised off the pot at least you don't lose 1/3 of your stack.

Raise preflop 3x the big blind and add one big blind per limper, unless you are at a table which will call more than that with less than what you have (in terms of hand value). And post this in the tournament section.
