Very small sample on the villain but he looks like a certifiable maniac so far... 11 hands, played 9 of them, raised 5 of them, and aggression factor of infinity..basically betting every chance he gets regardless..

what do you do here?

Is the reraise preflop enough? too much?

/God I feel rusty after almost 3 weeks off

Fold.

Against maniacs, we need to hit the flop, or just get him all in preflop. He's likely shoving with any part of that flop.

And since he's nuts, I think just shoving into him pre-flop is a viable strategy here with AK, since he's likely to call with a wide, WIDE range of hands.
