Reraise this flop or play it cautiously with a paired board with the flush draw? Should I be value betting this river and folding to a reraise? I decided to check behind since the flush card came in and there is a paired board, not sure if it is the best line or not. I noticed that this player gave up the lead on the turn when an overcard came which
kinda made my decision easier in the next hand when an overcard comes on the turn and he continues with the lead.

On this hand I decided to take advantage of my position and just call on the flop and see what develops, and see what he does on the turn. When the ace hits he bets pot and i'm almost certain that i'm beat, I was thinking he probably had at least the ace of hearts. Would it have been better to raise the flop and be willing to call a push? Or to play it safe and try and get more information on the turn. I'm kinda lost on these kinda flops where you have a very strong hand but have like 70+ effective bb's behind.

It's not a reraise. But with those stats you have on him that should've been an easy raise. It's unlikely you were behind on the flop there.

Should I be value betting this river and folding to a reraise?
What makes you think he would check reraise if you bet out? His AF is only 0.4. Villian is likely to call a small value bet with any Jack, seeing as he did so on the turn.

I noticed that this player gave up the lead on the turn when an overcard came
Right, because he's a fish.

Would it have been better to raise the flop and be willing to call a push?
I wouldn't raise that flop, no. I pretty much agree with what you had written, that he had the Ah and got it on the turn. Either that or he had flopped a flush.
