Here is a tough situation. I've been hitting the blinds with my small raises which is my intention to put pressure. I know some people don't agree with that but if I'm on the button-- I want to apply pressure with mediocore hands so I get callers on my good hands. I just beat this guy out of big pot. Now, I've got the response I want. I know he has a hand but does he have me beat? My mind is racing: KK,QQ,AA and I'm covered. A pocket pair of 9-10 would also be possible. I think about this context and finally decide to call. I thought: I can fold and get off for cheap. Should this have been a fold even though it worked out? I probably would not have called this had I not felt I had put a lot of pressure on him.
