Yea, checking the turn was probably horrible, however I had a terrible feeling on this one.

First Hand:

I would probably fold but you should have either Checked the flop or bet the turn - because quite alot (especially in ring games) I would call that bet in late and try bluff it on the turn if I sense weakness - now if they flat call the turn bet then dont have a go on the river.

Now, if I was going to attempt my bluff on the turn and a second non-weak bet arrived then would probably give it up!

Reason to this is from my experience alot of people check trips hoping to induce a bluff (although I like to bet in many situations as people put me on the bluff attempt and go above me).

Second Hand:

I would have made a PR to maybe 90c, and I may consider a call depending on my reads so far because his PR could have been with overcards so if he put you on overcards he may decided you also have junk and cant possibly call that bet!
