Call. You took a line including your sizing, which capped your range, but his range is also capped, because he checked back the flop and he just called the turn. So while you rarely have trips or better, neither does he, which mean, he is most likely bluffing. Sure from time to time you will run into trips with a bad kicker or a slowplayed monster. But you are calling 9$ to win a pot of 32.4$, and he is almost certainly bluffing more than 30% of the time in this situation.

I would of called here as we are priced in to call. We are getting 13-to-1 as we have to call $9 into $23.4

He shown no aggression in this hand till the river, which looks a bit bluffy. If he happens to have trips we only lose a small pot.

He is not calling you on the river with a busted draw. KX or TX will call a small bet as will JJ-QQ.

My bad thought u meant turn. I bet tiny on the river to get value from worse kings as well as to induce bluff because both flush draws missed.
