Preflop is standard.
OTF we could check thinking about check-raising or we can c-bet: here we also have many options of sizings. By using 1/3 pot villain might assume we are seeking a flush draw and raise more than usual. By betting 1/2 we mean we have some top pair with Qx, and betting 2/3 pot we mean we own two pair or a set.
That being said I love your sizing here because it made villain raise you, thinking you had a flush draw (making a small mistake, because we can have flush draws and also other hands on our range).
When we re-raise OTF villain might think we own even more draws and we want to win the pot immediately. Given we are opening from CO, villain hardly will put us on some 22, 88 or QQ, which is awesome.
OTT I loved the check because it continues to tell the story we had a flush draw and now that our equity dropped down with a queen of spades we want to check in order to control pot.
And villain buys our story and bets. When we raise villain will feel ashamed to fold and continue paying with dominated hands.
OTR I continue enjoying our line and jamming seems the optimal move.
Now we see that villain was a broken stacked player, probably a recreational and it hasn’t played the hand optimally. Or else, by saying that villain is a recreational we remove the credits of hero, that had played the hand so good!
Our objective is to play in position versus weaker opponents, but if we happens we are out of position the outcome will rely on our creativity and insights postflop, as hero had clearly demonstrated! :)

Nice hand and keep on grinding!

Best regards;
