$5 NL HE Full Ring: Best Line for a Flopped Boat

Context: I'm in a hand against a newcomer to the table, and a big stack who made his way into his stack by being a calling station and catching river cards (once busting my KK w K7 by rivering trips). I'm in the button with 99 and decide to flat call the big stack's 2xbb, not wanting to make too big a pot against a player who hasn't raised much, and who is very capable of calling any cbet with overs. I luck out and flop a boat; I'm not even done thinking about how to get max value out of it, when the BB opens, and our calling station raises. I decide they both have hit the flop in some way or another, and figure I'll flat call and let them hang themselves.

The turn comes an Ace, which is great for me, as it's possibly given one of them a stronger pair, or an excuse to bluff. This time the BB checks, and our calling station decides to make a very small bet which means he's either scared, or is trying to be sneaky with an Ace; either way I decide just to call, mainly because I want to try and keep both players in the hand. Please feel free to criticize my call here, as I can clearly see that it is questionable, and that I might have chosen instead to try and pump the pot up for more value, and to get the big stack committed for his whole stack.

In any case, I succeed in keeping both players in the hand, and we get to the river, which is a meaningless seven. Both players check. What size bet do you suggest to get max value out of my boat, and get both players to call? Many thanks in advance; hand is below :D Best of luck to all of you!

if you bet to little they might think your value betting, I'd say .70 is about right.

I'd put player 8 on a AK-AJ, since he raised preflop and bet the A on the turn. Player 7 looks like he's on a flush draw, since he checked the river, or a middle pair, maybe JJ, since he hung on until the end.

Either way, the only thing that can beat you is quad fours. Since the best against you is either aces or a middle set, I'd suggest betting like you had a pair of aces, with hopes that someone check raises you--and then re-raise him, but not too much, only as much as he might call.
