Have you got any stats on the player ?

Preflop is fine. I think a smaller bet on the flop (~3/4 pot) would have the same effect (with a big bet you're chasing away hands that are behind). If the player chases every draw you're not getting him off any hand that is drawing with that bet.

Not sure it's a good idea to bet the turn, just about every draw he could have been on has hit. At this point I would say check the turn and the river (fold if he bets). I guess you could try to chase a 6 if he minbets the turn (he could already have the flush though).

That's as much advice as I can give with my knowledge, also waiting for better players advice.
