$5 NL HE 6-max: 3 Handed, Ladies in the SB

Only 25 hands total on villian so no real reads other than he's playing 5NL and is on the button.

I have probably been raising a decent amount playing fairly stand/aggressive short handed poker.

full tilt poker $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em - 3 players - View hand 239976

BTN: $6.39
Hero (SB): $5.14
BB: $10.73
Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is SB with Q Q
BTN raises to $0.20, Hero raises to $0.75, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.55
Flop: ($1.55) A 3 A (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks
Turn: ($1.55) T (2 players)

Hero....

So just wondering if a check is fine on this flop and what my plan should be on the turn.

Checking the flop's fine, checking the turn would be unreasonable. I would bet half pot on turn, 1/3 pot on river.

Turn gives a flush-draw
Yours check on the flop is similar to slowplay
I'd bet 1/2-3/4 pot on turn
