I figure I am a huge favorite at this point. How do I keep as many people intersted as possible while still making the pot as large as possible?

Raise bigger pf, lead the flop for 2/3psb and hope someone's got a wrap draw or is just plain stubborn - I'm amazed, for example, by how many people call down three streets w non-nut fd's in this situation...

Of course, we're not going to be surprised by everyone folding here.
