$4 NL HE Full Ring: Flush Draw and Gutshot Draw against an AI...

I know this is only $2NL, but the dropdown menu doesn't have it!

Context: there's several limpers, and I decide to limp in as well from the SB with 9Ts, hoping to hit big with a hand that they might not expect. I'm not really sure what the rest of these limpers have either, but I'm guessing anywhere from suited connectors like me, to small pocket pairs, to trash.

The flop comes 635 two-toned, giving me a flush draw and a gutshot straight draw. I decide I'm going to give a semi-bluff check/raise a shot, and try and take down a nice pot OOP. I check, and to my delight one of the other players decides he's going to bet. I've seen him showdown strong cards before, but I've also seen him bet aggressively to take down several pots uncontested, so he could either have a strong hand (like two pair, possibly a set) or be on a semi-bluff like myself.

I go in for the check/raise for nearly 4x his raise, representing a very strong hand (set or possibly two pair). But it seems this villain will have nothing of it: he shoves back at me All In. At this point, I'm thinking that he must be either protecting his draw (not likely based on previous play, as he's only previously gone to showdown with the best hand or close to it), or more likely has a strong hand like a middle set or two pair, or maybe even top pair and a backdoor draw, and he simply doesn't want me to draw out on him.

However, I don't think I have a bad draw at all, and if he is indeed on either a set or two pair, that means that all of my 12 outs are probably good. And if he's got simply top pair or is also on a draw, I can add 6 more outs to the 12 with my two overcards. But can I really throw my whole stack in here on a draw (however strong it might be), or am I getting too creative and over-thinking this whole thing, and would it be better to throw it away? Please feel free to criticize my decision to even play the hand at all, or how I could have played it better; I realize I very well may have made a mistake, my ego can take it :)

Thanks in advance, hand is below:

You can't count all of your outs as clean in a limped pot.

If you weren't willing to stack your draw, you shouldn't be check raising, as check rasing really swells the pot quickly and commits you. If you really wanted to play your hand strong I would have preferred you lead the flop, and 3bet/shove yourself to gain a little extra fold equity.

I don't like check raising 9 times out of 10 so fwiw.
