What is the best line to take here? If I cbet and he float me, then what do I do on the turn if a blank comes?

Standard cbet imo.
44-TT doesnt fold this board and we will also get a bunch of random floats.

Im also barreling turn if he calls since i dont really mind stacking of here against a halfstacker.

Definitely a standard cbet. The only thing that has you beat is Jx. KK+ raises you preflop, and like sindri says, you get lots of calls that are behind. If you are floated, Im shoving the turn. The only sticky situation for this is if the turn brings an A or K.
