Is this a good spot to c/r? What hands are calling the flop and turn bet that we bet on the river? Can we bluff here very often successfully?

Also on a side note, I am thinking of joining a poker coaching website. Which would you recommend for a cash gamer?

I don't think this is a good spot mostly because your hands vulnerable and theres a very good chance no-one will bet this.
I'd have just bet 2/3 the pot into it.

I'd check this river and call a very small bet but if its any bigger than half pot I'd fold as 89, 67, T9 have all caught up on you, although I think you'll still get a fair bit of crap like 56 and 44 lol maybe even AK will show up here sometime.
A blocking bet isn't out of the question either.

As for bluffing. NEVER EVER bluff this player!!

I use stoxpoker, the Ed Miller 'poker made simple' series is brilliant place to start.
