Just shove now and be happy with it.

Turn card does not help any hand that would legitimately call you flop bet except 44 which was already ahead anyway. It's possible villain hit a set on the flop, but it's much more likely he thinks top pair is good here.

Well that is what I ended up doing. I figured I would be able to get value from top pair and charge the flush draws. Obviously I didn't like it when he checkraised me, but I figured folding here in such a large pot with what may be the best hand, would be a pretty big mistake. Wasn't sure if this was standard or not. FWIW he did have 44.

Well, sometimes villains do show up with the top of their range.

And frankly it's ok. If he set mines out of position 80bb deep, he's probably losing money in the long run. He just got lucky this time.
