To me it looks like this guy has a full house. Flopped a set. Made a standard c-bet targeting a middle/strong ace, down sized on the turn targeting the same ace for value, sized up when the board pair hoping that someone with an ace thinks they are chopping when the board paired. I think most likely pocket 7s.

Yeah, flatting with premiums is setting money on fire in this spot. There are very few hands I'd flat in this spot (22-88, 78s-QJs). We're so out of position, and the SPR is going to be tiny. Even multiway hands like suited aces will be tough to play.
What kind of range would you 3bet?

Pretty darn wide if I thought people would fold preflop. The original raiser and UTG matter most. Suited aces, kings, small suited connectors, and premium hands that are too good to call with. But the cards don't matter as much, since I'm just attacking dead money & hoping to avoid showdown.

In a live game, your image matters a lot too. My premature gray hair helps me pull off the bluff more often.
