I min 3bet the flop. I feel we keep more of villains range with us min 3betting then jamming small than outright jamming and there are 0 turn cards that will make me deviate from this plan and only 3 which may make villain fold hands he may have stacked. Just me nit picking both are fine plays.
I think we should not worry of keeping his range with us at these lvls where ppl are just straightforward. It is about he has something or not. If he has not, he will fold no matter the size of the 3-bet. If he has a piece or a draw and he wants to call he will call even if we 3-bet higher. Do not think he payes attention of betsize or something else other than his own hand.
So i think 3-betting hard on the flop is the correct play. Why pass the opportunity of making the pot big when we know that we have the best hand most of the time?

I don't think getting it in on the flop is needed, bet/call is fine and getting it in on the turn is good as he going to stack off with Qx.
