*** FLOP *** [3h Qh Jc] (pot: 0.23$)

*** TURN *** [3h Qh Jc] 7♠ (pot: 0.23$)

Hero: bets 0.12$, Villain: raises to 0.36$, Seat 9: fold, Hero: ?

Villain’s stats: VPIP/PRF/AF/3Bet/hands: 26/19/56/11

Villain is pretty loose, I checked the flop with the intention to just make the call and then on a blank/drawy turn to check/raise, but his check behind damaged my plans. Turn is blank, only thing makes sense is a set of 77s, but I've lost the count on the times I've tried to "catch" opponents when they make turn check/raises and almost always I find myself against a monster.

Thoughts?

My tip here is, don't slow play in a wet board. When you don't make a cbet on flop you are losing information about the villain's range.
But I don't think that it's all lost here. He could be checking/raising with a lot of cards like KhTh, KhQx, KhJh, Th9h, AhX ,33, 77, etc.. So I think that call Turn is OK. And River I would be doing check/calling too, unless It came something like K and Xh, maybe folding if came a A too.
