At such a low limit, I am always shocked by the word "regular"

regular means player who play regularly. It contains good regs and bad regs as well. If someone plays all the time, even on nl2 it's clearly a reg. Even if they are bad they are still better than random fishes. so I don't know what really shocks you.

about the hand: without an info it could be a fold, but truth is that many guys play this way AK very often So I would call it. If he would show you QQ+ then just make a note.

Well it is a perfect squeeze spot against a late raiser and one caller. So would definitely not put him on a top range, he can have still a wide range here. If he squeezed or 3 betted an UTG raiser then he is more likely to be at the top of his range.

With one player still to act behind you (who will call as its only 0.06 more for him) it is not a very bad neither a very good fold. If it was heads-up on the flop I would make the call.

didn't even think about the stack sizes of player 3 or even the squeeze didn't really wanna flip at the end of my session /:
