That's a dry flop with 1 broadway card. You should be cbetting at a high frequency as the preflop aggressor.

There are merits to both C-betting for a small size and checking back. By C-betting small you deny a lot of equity from random overcards, and you also increase the chance, he check to you on the turn, so that you can check back and get to showdown cheaper. The main reason to not C-bet is, that it sucks to get raised.

Turn
The turn brings another overcard, and I like checking back in this situation. He can still have a Q and check to you, because he is scared of the K.

River
When he check to you a third time, I think, you are very likely to have the best hand. So I actually like a small bet for value here. Maybe 30-40% pot trying to get called by weak pairs or A high.
