Rivers a fold for me villain doesn't have many,if any 1 pair hands to turn into a bluff here.And all 2 pair hands AJs-ATs,KJs-KTs,JTs check back for showdown.Villains range is also full of AQ QJs KQs maybe QTs and although we possibly might beat some suited connector flush draws.Villains range shouldn't have enough air/bluffs to make calling +ev here on the river imo.

I will add that I would definitely go bigger on flop.I wouldn't bet less than 17c. Same range will call your bet anyway so it's better to bet bigger and get maximum value from his Ax, some pairs+gs, some flushes.

Flop cbet bigger make him pay for chasing draws plus you don`t block TP.
