You dont have a strong hand on the river, just a bluff catcher. You should be thinking whether to fold or call not raise! And then certainly not call the 3bet. There are so many hands that beat you, any hand with the T, Q, K or A of diamonds.

On the flop you really should just bet middle set given how wet the board.
