Villain is 8/5/5 after 80 hands, I originally intended to call his 3bet and stack off if I had an overpair to the flop, but I'm wondering if that is not a
good idea. Wasn't sure if I should fold this pre or shove. Thoughts?

8/5 3-betting would be AK, JJ+ i guess. Post-flop you're behind his whole range. Preflop you're behind KK+, flipping with AK and ahead of JJ. you can only shove this if you think he folds AK. Otherwise you're behind his range.

I think calling preflop with the intention to stack on a flop of unders depends on whether you think he's aggressive enough to stack with AK unimproved. if so, it's profitable. Otherwise it's spew
